ACCOMODATION
The Villa is contemporary and luxurious with all the comforts of modern living accessorized with interesting antiques from around the word to create a beautifully styled, characterful setting.
The villa sleeps up to seven guests in four bedrooms three en suite arranged over two floors, all bedrooms have air conditioning, hairdryers and linen is changed once a week. The well equipped open plan kitchen leads to a spacious dining and living area. The living area provides satellite HD-TV, Blu-ray DVD, CD, iPod station and there is wireless internet throughout the house. Amenities in the kitchen include ice machine, dishwasher and microwave and a welcome basket on arrival.
Villa life is extended outside where sun beds are arranged around a private infinity pool offering panoramic views of the sea. An outdoor lounge area is the perfect place to enjoy a sun downer as the swallows dip in and out of the pool. A gas BBQ and separate dining area makes private outdoor entertaining a treat.
Guests will be welcomed by the Housekeeper who attends your needs six days a week. Extra services available on request; laundry, local cook, car hire, boat hire, horse riding and excursions to the heritage site of Butrint in Albania with a private guide and the exotic island of Paxos.
